Listing says 6.50% ABV but it's got to be higher... this is not a true barrel-aged barleywine but rather just "hit" with bourbon-soaked oak chips. Hence the fake-y taste of booze and barrel. I thought it was "off" and didn't really enjoy it.

Nose not too pungent, the tongue gets hit pretty hard dry and bitter with figgy dark chocolate notes. Not too impressed as far as drinkability but I've had much worse.
