Picked up a growler of this brew while enjoying an evening at Lunar afte work with my co-worker and fellow BA, jlukask, on 7/16.
Pour a hazey, honey, amber color with a light head, but very good bubbling. Thearom is fluh with toasted orange peels, a touch of pine tar, and some soft bisuits. The taste has a sessionable melange of bitter citrus flavors. Lemons, limes, grapefruit, and oranges mixed with some biscuit dough. his makes for abitter, complex, and very almost "5" worthy on sessionability scale. Just a touch too bitter to be a perfectly sessionable APA.

Served in a standard pint, the beer is a burnished bronze with some chill haze and a tan head.
The aroma is pinesap, citrus and caramel. If I were blindfolded, I would guess IPA.
Nicely bitter and puckering. Lots of citrus (grapefruit) and pine taste. There is some slightly sweet malts that add balance and a bit of complexity.
The mouth is creamy with an excellent low level of carbonation. The beer coats your mouth. This is a great session type beer.

An American-style Pale Ale. Pours to a generous permanent head and golden color. Aroma is accented with Cascade hops and sweet pale malt. Flavor is balanced, and quite tasty. Finshes dry and toasty with pleasant residual bitterness. A pleasure to drink; a hop head's session brew.
