(Served in an American pint glass)
A- This beer has a hazy copper brown body with a thick sticky light tan head that leaves a bit of a ring after each sip but soon fades back into the head. There is a gentle carbonation of tiny bubbles that glide to the surface.
S- This beer has a nose of soft pale malt with a floral green hop smell with qualities of noble hops.
T- The fruity malt qualities are mostly pale malt with a dry toasted note in the background. This is followed by a softer note of apricot or white raisins and a pine green hop bite to finish. The soft bitterness lingers after each sip.
M- This beer has a medium-light mouthfeel with a tight fizz that enhances the hops bitterness nicely
D- This beer has some light complexity to the hop flavors with a nice malt support in the background, but nothing struck me as exciting or interesting. As a session beer it would get a bit dull after a few pints.
