Pours a very hazey, almost thick looking light peach skin with some amber highlights. Very quick head though. The aroma has some gypsum dry fruits and herbs. Specifically some citrus notes and some undefinable herb scents as well, some lavender maybe. The taste has a slight pucker of raw apple cider, then some more attenuated toasted malts and little candi sugar. After each sip, the herbal flavor of the beer is able to settle in a bit. The palate is a crackery dry, yet some granular sugar notes hit the midde of the palate as well. Pretty easy drinking and flavorful.
