Amber and coke colored hue. Pretty quick, beige filmy foam of head. Very grainy toasted malt bill. Reminds me of when you open up some quacker oats before you add water, plus a little alcohol. The taste has sweet roastd malts, and very dry toasted malt flavors. Add in a dash of faintly dried prunes. Just a soft herbal hop finish. Dry, sweet, and fruity palate. But still the PERFECT session bock. This is one of my favorite bocks.
