Pours a toasted caramel color with a very quick, then non-existant head. Great toasted malt aroma of caramel, and biscuity bread. Light lemon juice hops in the nose also. This beer gos great with a steak. Taking a sip of this beer after taking a bite of broiled steak, imbues a straight up melba toast flavor. Just a light spritz of lemony seltzer water to hep balance out the faintly sweet caramel toasted malts. The hops gives this beer some astringence, and adds top the drinkability.
