The pour reveals a copper and light honey hue with a great two finger head and a forever lasting film of foam. Only some slow, small bubbling. The aroma is a spicey black, cracked pepper and orange skin with some biscuity malts. The taste is equally spicey as the smell. Hop vines and wildflower petals dominate the whole palate ith some toasted caramel and biscuits malts slowly coming through to the end. Pretty bitter to start and slowly mellows out a little to the finish. A little too bitter for my taste to be considered a sessionae beer.
