Great head and foam compared to most lagers of any kind I've seen. ood retention and some ok lacing too. Good nut brown color to the beer with light ruby and solid copper highlights.
Lightlt Christmas spiced caramel and dark bread malts and just some faint tetnang hops to balance the Holiday cheer just a touch. Starts bready, than turns into an oily malt mess in the middle. Then the finish is faintly Holiday spice and darker, mildy roasted malts. The palate is a touch oily upfront and middle. The finish is sweet, but still some oily slick lingering thats a bit over bearing.
