Stupendous bubbling, the best carbonation of any Maibock I've had. The head is soap, large, but quick. Beneath that a color of very faintly hazed copper and just a little splash of hay.
Toasty grains with a nice little sweetness and a heavenly soft grass that seems to add complexity to the malts toastiness and sweetness.
Toasty malts that have a caramel sweetness. Grassy, spaciously soft earthen hops add depth with some mineral filled water that gives the palate a touch of gypsum.
Very clean and toasty palate thats straight forward and just awesome to drink. The abv. is just a little too high.
