Belgian Pale Ale with all Celeja hops
A- This beer pours a slightly hazy yellow body with a thick creamy white head that turns rock but last. There is a gentle carbonation that trails to the surface.
S- The soft fruity peach hops grow as the beer warms with a slight clove quality that leads to a green hop snap. The finish is a full perfumy yeast character that has some soft dry bubble gum notes and an earthy saison yeast hint.
T- The big tangerine fruity hops have lots of mango and peaches with them and are very juicy. The soft pale malt flavor has a slight dry finish with a green hop note that lingers a bit. As the beer opens there is a touch of pungency in the finish with a light fresh grain quality aswell.
M- The medium mouthfeel is creamy with a scrubbing fizz in the finish.
O- The Celeja hops take me back to elementary school fruit cocktail. The taste is lots of great fruit with a supporting green hop flavor in the background. The yeast character really supports the hops flavor making this very drinkable and pairs great with a summer breeze.
