Copper in color and a quick bone colored head. Nice bubbling. Looks like the right session lager.
Malty, lightly toasted, breadey, and caramel smelling malts. Add some green, green grass of home aroma and your spot on.
Great toasted malt flavor. Makes me think of Amish made white bread crust. Then some grassy, and slightly lemony hop flavors with some classic German lager carbonation.
Very easy to drink and enjoy. Wish they would start bottling somehow.

Far Side Lager (love that name) was one of the rotating house offerings. Per the information table talker, it was made made with Munich malt and Cascade hops.
Served in standard shaker, the beer is a chill hazed Rust-amber with a sticky beige head. It leaves some nice lacing on the side of the glass.
The beer has an inviting aroma of grains, pine and a bit of apple.
The beer is really well balanced. It leads sweet and then the hops rush in and even everything out. Bits of caramel, bagel, piney hops. I liked this amped-up take on a lager.
It was an extremely easy drink with a slightly oily feel. My party of 5 had a total of 13 pints of it before the keg kicked. I would love to see someone offer an everyday lager like this.
