Copenhagen 21/10 2016. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh Ø. A girl with a fairly strange face color and blonde hair on the label.
Pours clear golden yellow with a small white head. Bubbly. Head disappears almost immediately. No lacing
Aroma has a fruity sweetness balanced by a tart sour berries. Hints of elderberry true to the name. Smell of summer.
Medium strong carbonation and a slightly thick texture. Lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is on the bitter side. Light sweetness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit.
Pleasantly summerlike. A little sorrowful to drink this in late autumn.
