A full bodied, creamy stout with a shot of espresso for good measure. Lots of roasted barley and finished nicely with British Jester hops.

Copenhagen 10/3 2018. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh Ø. Aggressive looking Mining bloke on the label.
Pours opaque dark brown with light beige head. Settles as thin almost transparent layer of foam with a little frothy Lacing along side the rim of the glass. Substantial Lacing.
Aroma is on the sweet side. Sweet caramel, lactose, light roastiness and brown sugar.
Light carbonation and slightly thick texture.
Flavor is surprisingly tart. Light sweetness followed by tart bitterness. Aftertaste is sour and tart.
Unorthodox take on a Sweet stout. Makes me wonder if the Milk’s gone sour.
