An American style Indian Pale Ale, light in colour , combining a refreshing malty crispness with a piney, grapefruit aroma created by blending New World hops from America and New Zealand. Cascade Challenger Chinook Waimea.

Copenhagen 9/1 2017. 50 cl bottle from Meny. Man from the Stone Age bashing the name of the beer on the label. Pretty toothless and grey haired guy by the way.
Pours clear amber with a small white head. Settles as a thin patchy layer of foam.
Aroma is sweet intermingling with a scent of citrus fruit. Caramel, toffee and strange notes of citrus and cardboard.
Soft carbonation and slightly thick texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet and nicely pronounced bitter. Aftertaste is bitter and the finish is semi-dry.
