Copenhagen 30/122016. 50 cl bottle from Kvickly. Drawing of an angry Bee giving me the eye on the label. Wearing a Christmas hat just to explain the "Merry" in the name of the beer.
Pours hazy amber with a big bubbly white head. Settles as a 0,5 cm thick layer of creamy foam. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is quite sharp and tart. Lemon, citrus with faint notes of caramel and biscuits.
Strong prickly carbonation and watery palate. Lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a quite pronounced sourness. Bitter sour aftertaste with semi-dry finish.
