Classic pale amber bitter, with a light malt base and a spicy fruitiness from the Challenger, Bramling Cross and Chinook hops.

Copenhagen 24/9 2016. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Østerfælled Torv, Kbh Ø. Bargains on beers from Allendale and Bluestone. Pretty aggressive penguin on the label. It might be the low ABV (3,9%) that’s bothering him.
Pours clear amber with a small white head. Bubbly. Head evaporates completely in seconds. No lacing.
Aroma is pleasantly fruity and sweet. Caramel, peach and lightly tart berries.
Medium strong carbonation and watery texture. Lively texture.
Flavor is sweet caramel followed by a quite distinct bitterness which lingers in the aftertaste. Semi dry finish.
Pretty light but nicely bitter.
