L:. Pours a dark black with notes of purple, creamy smooth head and thick lacing around the glass.
S:. Very strong diacetyl smell, a bit of vanilla and bourbon, but the butterscotch and movie theater butter of the diacetyl overwhelms the rest of the aroma.
T:. Diacetyl mixes with sweet cherry from the bourbon and some vanilla, with a bit of roast from the stout. Overall, way too much diacetyl on this beer.
F: Slick mouthfeel, lighter body than expected.
O:. The diacetyl ruins this beer, has potential without.
