Poured on cask into shaker pint glass at the brew house in Anchorage.
A: Pours a clear golden yellow hue with 1 inch frothy white head with excellent retention. Leaves behind generous lacing.
S: Pine resin, grapefruit, honey, and caramel malt.
T: Soft pine resin, honeyed caramel malt, subtle bitter grapefruit, and a touch of herbal note.
M: Light body. Very soft and slightly creamy feel due to cask conditioning. Mildly dry and bitter. Delicate sweetness in the background. Lingers nicely on the palate.
D: A nice IPA taken a step up by the cask conditioning.
