Pours a clear orange with fine head.
Smell is bready and spicy with distinct peppery rye notes and hints of citrus, wheat dough and some florals.
Taste is crisp and bready with loads of peppery rye upfront, backed by notes of citrus, spices and wheat dough. Some floral and soapy hints along with a solid bitterness rounds it out.
Mouthfeel is meidum, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice lager that lets the rye shine.
