Pours a clear yellow with fine, soapy head.
Smell is bready and crisp with notes of crackers, citrus, wheat dough and grass.
Taste is clean, crisp and bready with a solid bitterness. Notes of citrus, knäckebröd, wheat dough and some peppery and herbal hints.
Mouthfeel is medium, a bit creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific pilsner, crisp, clean and supremely drinkable.
