Pours a clear yellow with fine, soapy head.
Smell is bready and biscuity, clean and crisp. Notes of citrus, rye, wheat dough and a hint of peach.
Taste is bready and biscuity, very clean and crisp with a slight earthiness. Notes of knäckebröd, rye and wheat with some floral hints and a solid bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a damn good pilsner, clean and well made.
