Pours a semi clear light orange with fluffy head.
Smell is bready and a bit herbal with notes of cirus, knäckebröd, rye and wheat dough.
Taste is bready and herbal with some yeasty hints and a moderate bitterness. Notes of citrus, knäckebröd, rye, wheat dough, pepper and crackers.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific, well made kellerbier.
