Pours a fairly clear light amber with fine head.
Smell is malty and bready, slightly sweet and grainy. Notes of wheat dough, toast and some herbal hints.
Taste is malty, bready and sweet. A bit grainy and doughy with notes of toast and lemon. Some herbal hints and a moderate bitterness.
Moithfeel is medium, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice Bock that hides the alcohol well.
