Pours a hazy dark yellow with thick fluffy head.
Smell is bready and a bit yeasty and dusty. Notes of citrus and toast.
Taste is bready, crisp, spicy and a bit yeasty. Solid bitterness and notes of citrus, toast and rye.
Mouthfeel is medium and well carbonated.
Overall, a nice, solid kellerbier by a very solid brewery.
