Pours a clear yellow with fine head.
Smell is bready and bit floral with notes of knäckebröd, rye, citrus and some wheat dough.
Taste is clean and bready, a bit floral and quite snappy. Notes of knäckebröd, rye, citrus peel, lemon and toast wih a solid bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, a bit creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very solid, well made pilsner.
