Pours a fairly clear amber with fine, soapy head and pretty lacing.
Smell is crisp, fruity and a bit floral. Notes of grapefruit, pine, green tea and hints of caramel and pepper.
Taste is crisp and fruity. Notes of grapefruit, pine, tea and peach with a bit of booziness. Peppery with a solid bitterness and a hint of caramel.
Mouthfeel is medium, sticky and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice, balanced DIPA.
