Pours a clear yellow with fine, soft head.
Smell is clean, crisp and snappy with notes of crackers, citrus, citrus peel, rye, knäckebröd and some spicy hints.
Taste is clean crisp and crackery with moderate bitterness. Notes of citrus, citrus peel, wheat dough and knäckebröd with some spicy hints.
Mouthfeel is medium, a bit creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very well made and drinkable lager.
