Pours a clear yellow with thick, fluffy head.
Smell is crisp, bready and a bit spicy. Notes of knäckebröd, citrus and wheat dough wih some grassy hints.
Taste is crisp and bready with some corny sweetness. Moderate bitterness and notes of knäckebröd, wheat dough, rye and honey with some spicy hints.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice, rustic lager.
