Pours a clear yellow with fluffy soapy head.
Smell is crisp and bready with soft but distinct smokiness. Notes och knäckebröd, cured meat, citrus and wheat dough.
Taste is crisp and bready with subtle but noticeable smokiness and a moderate bitterness. Notes of knäckebröd, toast, cured meat and citrus. Slightly mineral finish, and great balance.
Mouthfeel is medium, a bit creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific, subtle smoked lager.
