Pours a clear amber with soapy head.
Smell is bready and a bit floral with notes of rye bread, knäckebröd and citrus with a hint of toffee.
Taste is rich and bready with a soft sweetness. Notes of knäckebröd, rye bread, lemonade, toffee and citrus peel. Moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific Märzen, very drinkable.
