Pours a clear amber with soft, fluffy head.
Smell is bready and spicy with notes of brown bread, toast, rye and citrus peel with some hints of caramel.
Taste is crisp, bready and spicy. Notes of brown bread, toast, citrus and caramel, with a solid bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and well carbonated.
Overall, a very well put together rye lager. Would have liked a bit more punch in the flavor, but very drinkable.
