Pours a fairly clear yellow with fluffy head.
Smell is crisp and crackery with notes of knäckebröd, citrus and some snappy rye with some spicy hints.
Taste is clean, crisp and crackery with a moderate bitterness. Notes of knäckebröd, rye, citrus and Saltines with some spicy hints.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a great, refreshing Helles.
