Nailed it! Best Gose I've had. And no pesky fruit adjuncts. Way to go. It's one of my favorites from them.

This was my final beer in my flight during a recent trip to Territorial, and also my very first Gose, so I was very excited to try this one. This beer features a very light straw color along with an ultra clear clarity. The head is a bright white in color and dissipates rather quickly to nothing. The carbonation appears to be very high with large bubbles racing toward the top. 4/5 The aroma is almost like a lemon-lime soda but with a bit of agave. There is some sea salt to the aroma, giving it a bit of savory profile, but only lightly. Sourdough bread comes out a bit as well, highlighting the sour nature of this beer. 4/5 As expected this beer is fairly sour with tart lemon and lime juices coming out very strongly along with a bit of grapefruit pulp. A light sourdough breadiness comes out after the lemon and lime, allowing the malt to show through. There is a very light sweetness of clover honey that peeks through, about the same time that a light coriander pepperiness comes through as well. The sourness lingers lightly on the palate after swallowing. 3.75/5 This beer feels very clean and is very light in nature, allowing for it to easily be sessionable. Crisp throughout with only light carbonation and virtually no dryness. 4/5 Very sessionable beer, ideal for a hot day. Drinks almost like a Sprite, just way more flavorful and tart. 4/5
