5/15/26 The abv is 6.3 again. There seems to be a bit more malt sweetness with almost a honey character to it. I like it.

5/15/21 Wow, when I first added this beer it was 8.3% but it's down to 7.4 now. It's still very good, although there is a difference, but I'm keeping the same rating.

The recipe is still being tweaked, and the abv is down to 7.8% now in 2020. There is a better balance to the hops and malt with no slight bitterness from the hops that existed in prior years. I like the change. It's maybe the best Maibock that I have ever had.
