Bottled in 2017. The smoke and vanilla have faded but are still slightly there in the aftertaste, and the barnyard character and tartness have come forward. Very tasty if you like wild ales.

This is a smoked sour. Was kind of on edge about it, but hey it actually works. More sour with smoke being an accent.
Pours brown. Short, foamy, tan head that fades fast.
Smells tart, smoke, malt, oaky and a hint of vanilla.
Taste is quite sour. Tart, oaky and a touch of vinegar. Followed by light smoke, malt and vanilla hints. Finish is dry with a yeast funk linger. Medium body and fizzy lighter carbonation.
