Cold IPA. We made this brew with a slower, colder, cleaner fermentation and with exotic Lotus hops - known for sherbet-like flavors of orange, vanilla, berry and tropical fruit. It's light on bitterness but full of robust, fruity hop flavor.

Wow! This beer is as described. It's my first experience with the Lotus hop, and it's hard to believe all of these flavors can come from it. Well done!
