Poured from a 750ml swing top filled at the brewery into a tulip:
Appearance: this is one of the haziest, most turbid beers you'll find. Insanely hazy....like DDH Fort Point or Bissell brothers level haziness. Color-wise, it's white-grape fruity. Mostly dull yellow, with some pinkish highlights as well. Head pours at about a finger and sticks around for a few minutes.
Aroma: bangs of hop aroma from the second the top is popped. Mostly dank and tropical fruit, lots of citrus and grapefruit. This is a wow-er of a beer before tasting, packing tons of mango, grapefruit and lots of awesome fruit.
Taste: following the smell, it's got some serious hops here. Starts with lots of light citrus-y notes, followed by some mildy sweet and fleshy grapefruit flavor. On the finish, it's somewhat bitter, with lots of dankness. This is a very, very under the radar-excellent beer. Excellent hop flavor. Not raw hops, but refined and delicious.
Feel: full bodied and pretty sticky on the finish. Fully supports the plentiful hops.
Overall: I've liked every Tilted Barn beer I've had so far, but this is one of the best hoppy beers I've had in a long time. Seek it out.
