Thanks goes out to TheManiacalOne for this brew.

16 oz. Can
Canned On: 06/07/17

My first brew from Tilted Barn!

Poured into a Squatters true pint glass a very nice cloudy pale yellow color, very nice carbonation, with a very nice thick/creamy two-finger white head, which also leaves some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a really nice citrus complex (oranges, grapefruit, mango, tangerine, pineapple), nice little diesel. The taste is very nice, hoppy, malty, really nice citrus complex (oranges, grapefruit, tangerine, mango, pineapple), very nice little diesel like. Medium body, ABV hidden very well, with a nice little dry/bitter finish. Overall, a very tasty brew. Addictive! WOW, this brew is right up there with Trillium, Tired Hands, Tree House.., definitely would give them a run for the money, in my book. And this is a American Blonde. Glad I got a chance to try this. Thanks Mark!

750ml flip top growler filled on 1/20/17 and served in a Speigelau ale glass. Pours a hazy orange hue somewhat akin to orange juice with a frothy, half-inch, bright white head. Nose expresses citrus, pith and a faint minty/herbal aroma toward the back. Taste reveals light, toasted malts, an earthy/herbal quality that dominates the flavor profile, followed by citric acid and a medicinal quality that lingers between quaffs. Mouthfeel is light in body, with an almost creamy texture and a mild, residual acid tickle at the finish. Overall, decent but lacking in the fruitiness I've come to associate with the hop varietal.

Poured 9/2/16 from a 32oz growler that was filled at the brewery earlier that same day, into a US tumbler pint glass.

A: The beer is a cloudy yellow color, with a thin white head that fades slowly and leaves a thin lace on the glass.

S: The aroma contains light caramelized malts, floral hops and some citrus.

T: The taste starts out with a strong burst of grassy hops bitterness. Then some sweet flavors of citrus and caramel come in. The malt character is hearty but not too heavy and brings a good balance. The after-taste is slightly sweet and slightly hoppy.

M: Crisp and smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is clean.

O: Tasty, goes down very easily, not too filling, mild kick, very good representation of style, this is a very solid beer to drink for a while.
