750ml flip top growler filled on 1/20/2017 and served in a Spiegelau IPA glass. Pours a dull, hazy orange with a frothy, quarter inch, bright white head. Nose is fairly subdued - citrus, pith and some bready notes. Taste is a bit dull; however, some guava also come out in the flavor profile, in addition to citrus and pith and an earthy/medicinal quality that comes out at the finish. Mouthfeel is light-medium in body (but closer to light), with a mild, even carbonation and just a kiss of acidity. Overall, comes off a little muddled. Decent, but not my favorite offering from this brewer.
