Very nice but otherwise unremarkable American-brewed Hefe. Very drinkable, but lacks the creaminess of a world-class Hefe. Absolutely nails the aroma profile, but there's too much banana and clove on the palate, and not enough else. This kind of yeast expression would be better matched in a higher-bodied (read: higher-ABV) Hefe.
