Locally grown Pilsner malt, flaked oats and spelt and is lightly dry hopped. Fermented in stainless with one of our favorite Belgian yeast strains for a unique and slightly acidic farmhouse character.

On-tap 1/1/2022 at the brewery’s taproom in Exeter, RI, served in a Willi Becher glass.
A: The beer is a hazy very light yellow color, with a large foamy white head that fades slowly and leaves a thick lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains Belgian yeast, citrus, spice, light caramelized malts and some hops.
T: The taste starts out with a strong burst of pineapple and other tropical & citrus fruit flavors, along with some spice. Then some thin breadiness comes in from Belgian yeast and a light malt character. The hops presence is very mild but on-target for the style and brings a good balance. The after-taste is slightly sweet.
M: Crisp and smooth, light-to-medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.
O: Tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, mild kick, good representation of style. This is a solid beer to drink for a while if you’re in the mood for the style.
