On-tap 11/27/2021 at Pour Farm Tavern in New Bedford, MA, served in a US tumbler pint glass.
A: The beer is a very cloudy light yellowish gold color, with a large dense off-white head that fades slowly and leaves a very thick lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains floral and dank hops, juicy tropical & citrus fruits and light caramelized malts.
T: The taste starts out with a strong juicy sweetness from flavors of tropical and citrus fruits. Then a strong but not over-powering piney and dank hops bitterness comes in. The malt character is light but brings a good balance. The after-taste is sweet and slightly hoppy.
M: Crisp and smooth, light-to-medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.
O: Tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, mild kick, good representation of style. This is a solid NEIPA to drink for a long time.
