Sampling a chilled 16 oz can of this beer poured into my 0.3L stange. Purchased the beer at the brewery about a week ago. Canned on 6/13/2025. Probably literally the day before I bought the can. talk about fresh!!
The beer pours a clear rich golden hue with several active streams of carbonation. A fluffy and a sort of fizzy bleached white head of about 3 cm. I allow just the faintest of overtopping on the foam. This foam does fade quickly to a thin edge layer.
Aroma on the beer is bit of biscuity bread malt and some lemon with a little hint of grassy hop note. Seems to fit the part for the style. Nose isnt super robust in any direction.
First sip reveals a light body with very fine tingly carbonation and smooth texture. As expected this beer drinks very easy.
Flavor is some white bread and grain with a little lemon on the finish. I find this to be a pretty nice and clean example for the style. Very glad to have a 3 more cans in the cellar waiting for me to open em!

16oz can served in a stange. Pours a translucent gold with a fizzy four-finger, bright white head that sizzles and pops as it slowly recedes. Nose is mild and clean - hints of yeast, light malts and perhaps a kiss of lemon. Taste follows nose with some crackery notes at the finish. Mouthfeel is light in body with a carbonation that is slightly assertive for the style. Overall, pleasant and drinkable.

Purchased last week at the brewery from their cooler and kept cold until served. Poured to Stange-like glass from a 16oz can dated 06/03/25.
The body is a pleasant gold with an aggressive white head. Nucleation is mesmerizing and continues throughout the session.
The aroma is of spice and hay.
The taste is spice in the front, a slightly sweet middle with a dry finish.
The mouthfeel is light and slightly oily. Carbonation is right where it should be.
A good example of the style.

Canned 2024/04/17
Pours a foamy bubbly 1.5 finger head with moderate retention, a bit of lacing, crystal clear honey blonde color
Nose light grainy malt, cereal like but clean, light fruity and floral undertones,
Taste brings more malt up front, light cereal blonde malt, a bit doughy, very light herbal floral hop, touch of fruity notes again, soft and a bit crisp on the finish,
Mouth is med to lighter bod, med carb
Overall pretty nice Kolsch, light, easy drinking, malt forward but light, soft lagering character, subtle hops and fruits
