Swedish Lambic Style beer brewed with water, hops, barley/wheat malt and yeast.
After 10 months fermentation in oak barrels red currants and rhubarb were added for additional 6 month maturing before bottling.
Somewhat sweet, fruity, berry sour beer with tones of vinegar in both aroma and flavor.

Sampled at CBC 2016 - second day. Lambic funk, sour fruit, peaches, grapes. Not bad.
