Dark amber color, a bit lighter than maybe expected of Czech Dark. Low level of carbonation, smooth golden head, proper lacing.
Smell malty with some herbs and fruit in it.
Start bity - malts, hops, yeast, everything's there. Body is rounded, though, and overall feeling is rather smooth and pleasant. Finish soft, a bit weak, aftertaste mild with malty and candy tones present.
Simple no-frills dark lager. A good one.

The colour is clear, dark brown with a hint of red, just like Coca-Cola. The foam is impressive, large and brownish, it dissolves slowly into a small white ring.
A burned diacetyl-caramel note dominates the smell, but there are also hints of hops, coffee and some grass/straw.
The carbonation is medium strong with small, lasting bubbles. Fresh!
The taste got some pretty strong flavours of burned malt and diacetyl. The strong, somewhat dry bitterness fades into a mild maltiness with some notes of gravy. The aftertaste is surprisingly mild with a fine, malty bitterness that is accompanied by some sweetness and vegetable stock.
This is a really nice and powerful dark lager. I liked it!
