Tower of white over slightly hazy dirty blonde. 4
Wheaty tang, lemons, + flowers. 3.75
Saltines, slight bananas and mashed pear, then hints of lemon, mint, and tangerine. 4
Humming linger.
Almost medium, pillowy, round. 4.25
Smells great, nice soft feel and goes down easy. But I’m still waiting for the lemons. Lemondrop again proves to be a “delicate” hop which is another way of saying kinda doesn’t stand on its own. And I rarely see peel contribute much, ever. This would be fine at 4.5%, but at 6%, not enough return on investment. 3.75
