CAN
Black-brown with tall foam; greasy leaf + oily coffee grounds; some brown sugar, lots of pineapple, less papaya, dank, mint + lime rind, sweet roasty end; medium, soft.
Citra, Azacca & Mosaic
4 4 4.25 4 4.25
Claims to be both BIPA + NEIPA, and somehow manages to pull that off - it is low IBU, fruit forward, a bit salty. Doing the herbal oil thing that BIPAs seem to bring. Azacca standing tall. Not superb at any one thing, but at APA strength (5.8%) certainly delivers.
