Chocolate Oat Milk Stout with a hint of toasted coconut. A beer crafted around the flavours of Nobó's 'Smooth&Creamy' chocolate bar, this stout is brewed with oat milk, Congolese cocoa nibs and flaked coconut. A smooth and creamy stout full of milk chocolate flavours supported with a creamy coconut finish.

collab here with a dairy free chocolate maker (bó is irish for cow, no-cow, pretty neat name), it’s not half bad, coconut in it too which gives it an added dimension, not overwhelming either, which i value, beer is jet black with a nice two finger tan coloured head with good retention, beer is milk chocolate driven with a fair bit of coffee flavour too, and that coconut, black bread malts, some liquorice, some vanilla sweetness as well, some pretty high levels of bitterness on the finish, beer is medium bodied with low levels of carbonation, maybe not as creamy as you’d want but nice enough mouthfeel, it’s a pleasant beer, id take it over a normal apex
