Endangered Species Series No. 31. Italian Pils. Quincey loves to tell the story of how he managed to follow the Irish team to their training camp in Malta and to the infamous Italia 90. Working with Ballygowan water, Quincey stationed with the team making sure they were well refreshed & quickly earned the nickname 'The Waterboy'. To this day, Italia ‘90 was a summer that we witnessed one of the greatest moments of Irish sport and so, we decided to brew a beer inspired by the adventures of ‘The Waterboy’ and of course Italia '90.
