440ml can stamped best by 25/03/26 into two tasting glasses.
L: Pours a chill-hazed and slightly blurred & yeasty straw light yellow color with a 1/4" loose creamy head that recedes to edge foam, medium steady carbo, random splotchy soapy lacing.
S: Fruity with a gently dank hop note. It is fairly floral.
T: A hop bite, dry yellow fruit bread, yeast, stone fruit, some fruits are over-ripe, grains, light citrus zest.
F: Gently crisp with a medium length drying finish.
O: Certainly Germanic and fairly fruity. Nice yeast notes. It is hop forward and is dry but not overly so. I found it to be quite refreshing. Chalk up another "American-Style Pilsner". It is very good in its style.

A strange combination of pilsner and West Coast IPA. Pours light gold, with medium carbonation. Nose is slightly funky hops and stone fruit. Taste is acrid grapefruit and not in a particularly good way. Wicklow Wolf have brought out some bangers in the last while but this one doesn't do it for me.
